Some of the service we offer
  • We provide our clients with a full Ground Rent demand and collection service.
  • We prepare and issue service charge demands as per the lease. At year end, we provide annual service charge accounts. Additionally, we provide copies of all expenditure invoices to each leaseholder, should they wish to audit the expenses of the block.
  • We arrange competitive insurance quotes and review the insurance cost each year to ensure it remains reasonable.
  • We visit each property we manage, a minimum of twice a month to ensure the standards of cleaning and maintenance etc, are kept to a high standard.
  • We manage blocks that have gyms and swimming pools facilities. We have qualified in-house pool personnel that have the full knowledge of pool maintenance and upkeep. We also manage swimming pool plant.
  • We deal with day to day maintenance matters and minor redecoration works of communal areas.
  • We deal with the maintenance on all fire alarm systems, smoke vents, main water pumps, door & gate entry, etc.
  • Our team has expert knowledge in water leakage detection.
  • We arrange and manage Section 20’s.
  • Administrate reserve and sinking funds.
